Order Cancellation Before Shipping
We cannot accept cancellations after the 'Item Shipping Notification Email' (containing the tracking number) has been sent.

For COD orders, if the item is returned due to refusal to accept or long-term absence without contacting us, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs. Please understand this in advance.

In the unlikely event of an initial defect due to our fault, we will promptly exchange or accept a return (refund).
Please contact us at the contact information above within 7 days of receiving the item and return it to us cash on delivery (COD).
[Returns/Exchanges due to customer convenience]
For customer convenience, such as image mismatch or wrong size, we will accept returns (refunds) only for items purchased at the online shop, even if they were tried on indoors.

Please note that the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
[Regarding size changes for Tasuwai Rings (glass rings without metal fittings)]
We will resize the ring (approx. ±3 sizes) free of charge for the first time only.
The customer is responsible only for the return shipping cost. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering.
[Regarding size changes for bracelets, anklets, and chain rings]
Since these are outside the scope of the initial defect warranty and one-year warranty, they will be handled as after-sales service (charged).
